These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by The Sparkle Solution. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

The Sparkle Solution provides domestic cleaning services, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and holiday let/Airbnb cleaning, as agreed at the time of booking. Services are carried out with reasonable care and skill.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge.

3. Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not available, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
  • Payments must be made promptly upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of future services.

5. Insurance & Liability

The Sparkle Solution is fully insured. While every care is taken, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by faulty or unstable items, pre-existing damage, or items not disclosed prior to cleaning.

6. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if we believe conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or pose a health risk to our staff.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.

8. Pets

We are happy to work in homes with pets, but they must be secured or well controlled during the cleaning visit.

9. Privacy

Any personal information provided to us is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will never be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Sparkle Solution reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
